I never thought that I will ever finish my matriculation life. Actually, tak pernah terfikir pun masuk matriks before this before my brother used to be in matrik and he do enjoy his life there but he said that "you really need to focus in your studies if you want to excel". So yeah, it have been 5 months since I left Kolej Matrikulasi Negeri Sembilan. All I can say is, the experience I had there was a memorable one. I rasa ex-students matrik mana mana pun akan cakap benda yang sama. Masa still study in kolej matrikulasi, I selalu sedih, I'm not that happy. Lagi-lagi bila tengok my friends doing their foundation and stuffs yang dah tahu diorang punya hala tuju, while I pulak study je modul apa yang I dapat and still blur about my future. But lama-lama dah okay as dah tahu what I want to do for my degree. I am currently doing English Language Studies in UKM. Yeah, I tahu what I'm doing right now ni memang tersasar jauh daripada apa yang I ambil sebelum ni. I dulu high school ambil sains tulen, matriks pulak sains modul 3, but actually I think that it doesn't really matter. Ramai je coursemate I dari sains. So yeah, back to matriculation life!

I daftar masa second day of puasa in 2016. Tarikh I tak ingat, I ingat it was the second day of Ramadhan je. Time tu memang penat sangat, because at first I got blok C, and kalau nak angkat barang semua memang kena naik bukit sikit, mine is C4. And time tu I dapat aras 3, jenuhlah nak angkat barang. Then macam biasalah, tangkap gambar untuk kad matrik semua. After that baru start orientasi. Ha, part orientasi ni I tak ingat sangat sebab due tu my health condition, I terlantar dekat bilik rawatan, almost all the time. I cuma ingat time iftar ramai-ramai, and tangkap gambar batch 16/17 dekat padang. The interesting part is iftar. Kitorang pergi beli juadah iftar kat kafe. KMNS got 4 cafes, A, B, C, D. For the first day of orientation, we block C girls had to buy food at kafe B. The next day was kafe C. And the next day, supposed to be kafe B but I dengan my friend Ateyn ngelat and went to kafe A. Sebab those 2 cafes, kena naik bukit baru sampai. Penat kot. And dekat kafe D, ada mini bazaar. Situ sumpah syok, ada nasi goreng pattaya, kebabs, mi sup, air big cup, and many more! And also very murah, to be compared to makanan luar. Sekarang dah takkan jumpa makanan harga macam kat matrik!

Okay now talk about subjek/modul. I ambil modul 3, consisting Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Computer Science. I am very grateful I got that modul sebab I can't do physics or anything that has to do with calculations. Tapi maths tu tak boleh cakap no because dah memang subjek wajib kan. The most interesting subject for me was Computer Science. Best gila, especially the second semester. I belajar programming and sumpah bila boleh run your coding on pc tu rasa puas gila! Maths was fun too! I dulu masa SPM didn't do my additional mathematics well, but trust me.. Once you dah start belajar maths dekat matriks, you akan rasa maths ni senang! I think because of the lecturers. Cara penyampaian diorang is very different, and kita belajar in details tau. Macam dekat sekolah dulu maybe sebab there's so many to cover for SPM, that's why I can't really do it. But that's from my point of view. Alright, for chemistry, I don't know sebab dari sekolah memang I tak minat Organics. But Alhamdulillah for the second semester, I lulus Chemistry. And Biology was fun too! Cuma my problem is I tak suka menghafal. I lebih suka faham and for the second semester I can't really faham those processes, for example, urine formation.

And hujung minggu pulak, I banyak habiskan dekat bilik. I jarang keluar bilik, keluar bila nak ke tandas, kafe. That's all. I don't do study groups. I don't know but I think that I kena belajar dalam suasana yang aman damai, but not in libraries. And actually I don't really study dekat bilik. Usually I akan tengok kdramas, duhhhhh. Dulu I tengok Legend of The Blue Sea, Strong Woman Do Bong Soon, Hwarang, Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo and banyak lagi actually, I can't recall sorry. My roommate katil sebelah I selalu join I tengok kdrama, but I rasa, dalam bilik tu, I yang paling pemalas I rasa. Pemalas in term of studying. Kalau pemalas in term of bersihkan bilik tu biasa biasa jelah. Tak kronik sangat pun tempat I dulu. One of my roommates, she studies from morning till 11 pm. Kau rasa? I kadang-kadang jealous jugak tengok her determination, but I tak pernah sekali pun terikut cara dia. I don't even know bila I study, how I study, so jangan tanya okay!

Attitude! I think first of all, as a student, kena jaga adab. Ala, I bukannya baik sangat pun, but I berpegang pada satu benda ni. Jaga adab dengan mak ayah, cikgu. Mak ayah tu, selalu call, kalau nak jumpa bila masuk matriks ni memang susah so all you can do is call. Tak apa buang kredit ke apa, just call tanya khabar and of course minta diorang doakan kita. Cikgu pulak, jangan mengumpat belakang dia. Even banyak mana pun assignments diorang bagi, try to do and jangan mengumpat dia. Nanti tak berkat ilmu. And selalu selalulah pergi bilik pensyarah. We in KMNS panggil unit. I dulu selalu lepak Unit Sains Komputer, Unit Matematik and Unit Kimia. Unit Biologi sebab kena naik tingkat 3, tak larattttt. But yang best nya, bila pergi jumpa lecturer ni, selalu kenyang lah sebab lecturer selalu bagi makanan. And yang paling I ingat, my Biology lecturer even bagi kitorang makan nasi during tutorial, so do my Mathematics lecturer. She allowed us to eat during lectures. Ni bukan makan roti ke apa, makan nasi lemak tau! Alhamdulillah my lecturers semua sempoi belaka. Lastly, I would like to thank my lecturers. They were so good to me, so patient with me. Without them I don't think that I could get good grades for my PSPMs.

My classmates pun dah macam family. Very close and salah satunya maybe sebab my practicum semua perempuan. So yeah, rapat gila. Miss you guys so much!
